Frequently Asked Questions

Reformer Pilates is a full-body workout performed on a machine with springs and pulleys. It builds strength, improves posture, increases flexibility, and enhances overall body awareness—all in a safe, low-impact way.

We recommend starting with our Beginner or Mixed Level classes. Our instructors will guide you step-by-step, making sure you feel confident and supported from your very first session.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your class. This gives you time to check in, get settled, and let the instructor know if you have any injuries or concerns.

All bookings are done online through our Mindbody system. Simply head to our timetable or pricing page, choose your class, and reserve your spot.

Comfortable, fitted workout clothes are best so your instructor can see your alignment. Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety—they’re available to purchase in the studio if needed.

Most classes run for 50 minutes, giving you a full-body workout while still fitting into your day.

It’s completely normal to feel a little nervous before your first class! Our instructors are here to support you and will guide you through everything at your own pace. You’ll quickly feel at home in our welcoming community.
